Menti is a nonprofit initiative dedicated to providing educational resources to teens and young adults entering college, the workforce, or simply looking to grow.
To support those who are starting out and may not have their own support systems, we provide mentorship and teaching in the form of easy-to-read articles, blogs, and convenient guides.
Our mission is to support every youth in developing the skills and knowledge needed to achieve their fullest potential and enjoy their learning journeys.

Meet the team
Vanessa is a design geek who enjoys translating stories visually for social impact, especially for youth development and learning experiences. Outside of her design time, Vanessa enjoys biking, traveling, and scrolling indefinitely on Pinterest.
Fun Fact: I got biking as a hobby from my study abroad time at Copenhagen, Denmark!

Tal is a researcher and student, both at work and at home. He enjoys exploring questions about how the world works through data analysis & visualization, and if he isn’t writing about a topic in economics he’s probably reading about one. When he isn’t learning something new, Tal can usually be found running, biking, or exploring museums all over NYC.
Fun Fact: I can sing every song from the Hamilton soundtrack.

Sandy likes to use data to tell a story and make informed decisions whether it’s looking at numbers to determine the next steps for a business or parsing through reviews to pick out the perfect restaurant for dinner. She enjoys learning about different communities around the world and working with youth development. Recently in her free time, she has been researching skincare products and making overly-sweet desserts.
Fun Fact: I have been learning how to make matcha drinks and desserts.

His goal is to share his passions with others, and teach valuable professional tips to aspiring young adults. Recently, he built his first ever PC Gaming Rig and is addicted to learning more about tech hardware.

In her free time, she enjoys cooking, dancing, hiking and travelling.
